Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items (Dry Goods only) within 10 days of delivery for a full refund, minus the cost of shipping.  The Item(s) must be in their original packaging, with all security seals intact.  Returned items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.  If the return is due to an error on Aquariums N More's behalf, the restocking fee will be waved.  Please note, the cost of the return shipping if required, is at the customers expense.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for Aquariums N More to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes Aquariums N More to process your return once it is received (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process the refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond within 2 Business Days with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

DRY GOODS:

 

All dry goods orders that qualify for shipping will be sent via Canada Post. 

 

If you choose to have your shipment sent via overnight shipping, you may choose FedEx Express at checkout.

 

Not all items qualify for shipping due to their size and or weight.  These items will be noted in their description.  If the customer chooses to have these items shipped, they may contact sales@aquariumsnmore.com to discuss additional freight fees.

 

LIVE STOCK: 

All livestock will be shipped via FedEx Overnight, with a few exceptions.

Exceptions:  

– Remote locations in which Overnight shipping is not an option.

– Oversized boxes of fish and/or corals (large adult fish and coral colonies)

These items will be sent via WestJet Cargo to the closest airport to your location for customer pickup. Please note, there is an additional charge for this.  Please select WestJet Cargo at checkout. 

Please inform us during checkout which Airport is closest that WestJet Cargo serves.  If you are unsure, please email us to discuss prior to placing your order.  One of our sales team members will be in contact with you to discuss best date options to send your package out, and once booked, will provide pick up time and information.
