DOA (Dead On Arrival) Policy.
All shipped orders are subject to the following policies:
We strongly advise all customers to record a video of the package, when they receive it, and during unboxing. Any DOA claim must be made within 1 hour of confirmation of delivery and accompanied by a CLEAR Video sent via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Without video, all DOA guarantees are null and void. We ask that you do not dispose of the specimen until an Aquariums N More staff instructs you to do so, in the event that we require additional photos. If any damage to the packaging is visible, please photograph it, prior to opening the package.
Aquariums N More will replace or apply a store credit for any DOA fish, coral or invert.
Aquariums N More will NOT issue any refunds if the same type of fish, coral, or invert is in stock. In this case a replacement will be shipped on the next available date. The cost of the additional shipping and boxing charge, is the responsibility of the customer. If the same fish, coral, or invert is not in stock, a store credit will be applied to the customers account minus the cost of shipping.
All Livestock is shipped Via FedEx, next day service. No refunds or credits will be given where FedEx had advised there was no one available to accept delivery. Aquariums N More is NOT responsible for any delivery delays. Any issues with delays should be conveyed to FedEx directly. We will assist in this matter in any way possible.
The colour of any WYSIWYG item may vary once arrived due to Aquarium Lights/settings, aquarium chemistry, and overall tank conditions.
Aquariums N More will not supply a replacement or apply a credit for any Livestock which dies during or after acclimation.
WE ALL LOVE OUR TANKS! PLEASE ENSURE THAT ANY NEW TANK IS PROPERLY CYCLED, PRIOR TO ANY LIVESTOCK PURCHASES. IF THERE IS SOMETHING AVAILABLE ON OUR SITE, THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO PURCHASE, BUT YOUR TANK IS NOT YET READY, PLEASE CONTACT JENNIFER@AQUARIUMSNMORE.COM TO DISCUSS POSSIBLE OPTIONS.
** Please note, that out of province shipments are sent out on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays ONLY, to prevent any chance of your shipment being delayed at the FEDEX depot over the weekend. If the customer chooses to have a shipment sent outside of these 3 dates, the customer assumes all responsibility, and no refunds or store credit will be issued due to DOA as a result of a delay.
